• Purchase Status: Whether the full game has been unlocked (stored locally on your device only)

3. In-App Purchases

Our App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game.

• All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store)
• We do not collect or process any payment information
• Payment information is handled entirely by the app store provider

4. Third-Party Services & Data Collection

4.1 Third-Party SDKs

To manage and process in-app purchases, we use the following trusted third-party software development kit (SDK):

• SDK Name: RevenueCat
• Provider: RevenueCat, Inc.
• Purpose: To securely process and manage in-app purchases, validate receipts, and grant access to purchased features.
• Data Collected: Purchase history (transaction records) and a unique App User ID generated to link purchases to your game progress. No personal information like your name, email, or address is shared with RevenueCat.

4.2 No Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar). We do not track user behavior, sessions, or interactions within the App.

4.3 No Advertising

We do not use any third-party advertising services. The App is completely ad-free.

4.4 No Tracking

We do not track users across apps or websites. We do not collect any device identifiers for tracking purposes.

4.5 Data Sharing

The only data shared with third parties is through RevenueCat for purchase validation. This is limited to:

• Purchase transaction records (for receipt validation)
• An anonymous App User ID (generated by RevenueCat, not linked to any personal information)

No personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data) is ever shared with any third party.

4.6 Data Storage Location

All data processed by RevenueCat is stored on secure servers in the United States. Game progress data is stored locally on your device only.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is designed for children and families. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not track children's activity
• We do not show targeted advertisements

All in-app purchases in our App are protected by a Parental Gate. Before any purchase can be made, a parent must confirm a simple math question to verify they are an adult. This ensures that children cannot make accidental purchases.
